Sichuan Metal & Minerals imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (SCMMC) is one main member of Sichuan Foreign Trade Group Co., Ltd. which was founded on Aug16th, 2001 at the approval document NO.1 (2001) issued by Sichuan Provincial State Capital Management Committee and is subordinate to Sichuan Province Government and Being a state owned large scale enterprise of China and one of the 10 biggest enterprises in Sichuan Province.
SCMMC has become the largest professional foreign trade company engaged in importing and exporting various kinds of complete sets of equipment, metals & minerals, chemical materials and machine tools in west China since it was founded in 1980. With steady and continuous development in more than 20 years, it enjoys excellent business prestige at home and abroad, featured for its unique practice in import and export as well as enterprise management. Being the first one among professional foreign trade companies in the west, it passed ISO 9002 Quality System Certification in 2000. It is a paragon in transformation of state-owned enterprises and lists the top in this line in China for its advanced management, good assets and financial position.
We are mainly involved in the following business. Various kinds of metals & minerals, chemical materials, machine tools and complete sets of equipment. The annual import & export sum up to tens of millions of US dollars. Regarding to the export of whole set equipment, we?ve supplyed the equipments and product-lines of a cement plant in Thailand, District Coolling System EPC project in UAE, as well as provided machines and equipment for some power plants in Southeast Asia and Middle East. In addition, we have participated in the bidding work both abroad and domestically under the loan projects such as water treatment project, city and road construction, environmental protection project and etc. of foreign governments or international financian organization such as Asian Development Bank, JBIC, World Bank and etc.
